    Download a template

    Grab the CSV for the data you want to bring — the roster is the place to start. Each one has the right columns and an example row.

    Fill it in (or paste from your spreadsheet)

    Type your data in, or copy it across from whatever you use today into the matching columns. No special format — plain numbers and YYYY-MM-DD dates.

    Import with a preview

    Sign in as an officer and upload. You see exactly what will be created, updated or skipped — nothing is saved until you confirm.

Rank, Hero Power and existing player names are read-only on import. Separate aliases with |. Leave Player ID blank for new members. Blank values do not clear saved fields.
