// DOCUMENTATION
Last Command, explained.
Last Command is the alliance command centre for the game. These docs cover the whole alliance: members can follow My Week and their personal targets, while officers can build Storm rosters, scan mixed screenshots, run seasons and make decisions from shared data. Start with your role, then go as deep as you need.
// GETTING STARTED
Getting started
New to Last Command? Start here. These pages walk you through what the platform is for, how to set up your alliance, and the daily officer workflow.
- What is Last Command?
A tour of the platform — what problems it solves, who it is for, and how the pieces fit together.
- Creating or joining an alliance
How to set up a new alliance, invite members, and migrate from spreadsheets and Discord threads.
- Importing data from a spreadsheet
Switch off spreadsheets. Import your roster and event rankings from CSV, or an all-in-one XLSX workbook — with friendly headers, a preview before saving, and exports that round-trip back.
- Ranks and permissions
What R5, R4, R3, R2 and R1 can each do across the platform — match the in-game hierarchy.
- Overview dashboard
Your alliance's home screen — today's priorities, the next Desert Storm and train, and the next-action prompts that tell every member exactly what to do next.
- Command Plan and Decision Room
Turn the week into owned tasks, keep unresolved officer decisions visible, and share a read-only member brief across the alliance.
// OFFICER DECISION-SUPPORT
Officer decision-support
R5/R4-only views designed to help officers spot risks, recognise contributors, and run recruitment-room conversations with data instead of vibes.
- Officer PulseOfficers
Composite engagement scoring across donations, Alliance Duel, Marshal's Guard, and Desert Storm attendance. Find at-risk members and biggest movers in seconds.
- Weekly ReportOfficersPro
A one-page alliance report — Desert Storm record and MVP, DS attendance, Alliance Duel and donation leaderboards, Pulse verdicts, and season coverage — ready to export as a PDF or post to Discord.
- Alliance metricsOfficers
Win rate, attendance, power growth and engagement breakdowns at the alliance level.
- Performance expectationsOfficers
Set the bar for what good looks like in your alliance — donations per week, daily VS score, attendance rate. Pulse scores against these targets when set.
- Contribution leaderboardOfficers
Score every member's weekly contribution across the events you count — VS, donations, storm attendance, shields, power growth and more — with configurable weights, then recognise the top contributors with rewards.
- Opportunity-adjusted attendanceOfficersPro
Judge turnout fairly by what each member could realistically attend given their time zone — nobody is marked absent for a match that fired at 3am their local time.
- Participation gridOfficersPro
A worst-first turnout grid across every event, so officers see at a glance who is consistently missing and who never misses a thing.
- Activity and engagementOfficersPro
An engagement heatmap with at-risk flags and contribution scores — spot the members going quiet before they churn.
// DESERT STORM AND CANYON
Desert Storm and Canyon
Coordinate the weekly storm events end-to-end — Desert Storm in-season and Canyon Storm in the off-season: scheduling, signups, building and lane assignments, attendance, and post-match results.
- Desert Storm overview
How a Desert Storm match works on the platform — from auto-creation Friday through results, attendance, and the new "not played" status for skipped weeks.
- Match planning and assignments
Drag-and-drop building assignments, signup approvals, substitute management, and the readiness checklist.
- Recording results and attendancePro
Enter scores manually or paste the in-game post-match screen and let AI extract the values. Attendance feeds DS attendance metrics.
- Canyon Storm
Coordinate Canyon Storm — the off-season lane-warfare event — with battle plans, lane and role assignments, skill-rotation planning, and a results scanner. Runs between seasons; Desert Storm is the in-season mode.
- Storm Week
The off-season storm hub that brings the week's Canyon Storm coordination together in one place, so members see a single schedule and roster.
// SEASONS
Seasons
Everything for the current season — the week-by-week playbook, war days, timed-event coverage, territory captures, and the per-season calculators. What shows depends on which season your alliance is in.
- Season playbook
A week-by-week plan for the current season — officer checklists, member instructions, war-day clocks in local time, and key deadlines — driven by the season you set in settings.
- Season wars
The season's war days, auto-created to your alliance's war windows with signup and reminder flows, matched to each season's contract war cadence.
- Season coverage
A coverage board for the season's fixed-time events, mapping each window to who's realistically awake across your members' time zones.
- Territory captures
Plan stronghold and city captures around each season's daily caps and declaration-day rules, so no capture is wasted and the alliance stays connected.
- Blood Night coverageOfficers
Season 4 (Evernight Isle) fires Blood Night three times a day on server time. This planner maps each window to every member's local time and flags the gaps where nobody is awake.
- Season tools and calculators
Per-season calculators — the Blood Night time converter, bank-interest planner, curse-resistance checker and more — that turn season mechanics into concrete numbers.
- Season checklist
Per-season prep checklist so officers can keep tabs on alliance readiness as new seasons start.
