What Pro unlocks
- AI screenshot scanning — free alliances receive 10 lifetime member-list scans. Pro unlocks every supported screenshot type, up to 20 images per extraction and 300 extractions each month.
- Officer Pulse and the full Metrics tab — composite engagement scoring, at-risk view, movers, decision-support analytics.
- Custom audiences — saved member lists for re-targeting announcements.
- Discord webhook posting — announcements and DS lifecycle events post automatically to the alliance Discord.
- Longer history retention — 90-day and all-time ranges on My history, alliance overview, and metrics. Free is capped at 30 days.
- Performance Expectations — set per-signal absolute targets for Pulse to score against.
How it bills
Pro is a flat monthly subscription per alliance. On the web, R5/R4 officers can start the upgrade from Sidebar → Billing and Stripe handles checkout. In the iOS app, R5/R4 officers can subscribe with Apple and the App Store handles payment. We never see card or Apple payment credentials.
The web price and promotions are listed on the pricing page. iOS always shows Apple's live price for your App Store storefront before purchase. A subscription bought on either platform unlocks the same alliance account on both web and iOS.
// NOTE
One account on web and iOS
Your Last Command login and alliance membership are independent of where the subscription was purchased. Sign in with the same account on web and iOS and the service resolves the same alliance entitlement.
Stripe checkout links a web purchase to the signed-in billing owner. On iOS, Last Command creates a short-lived purchase intent before the App Store sheet opens, then verifies the signed Apple transaction and links it to that same account and alliance.

Managing the subscription
The Billing page shows the current status (active, past due, cancelled, in trial), billing platform, and next billing date. Stripe subscriptions are managed in the Stripe customer portal; Apple subscriptions are managed in App Store subscription settings.
R5 and R4 officers can start an upgrade. The person who purchased the current subscription is its billing owner and controls payment details and cancellation; other members see the shared plan status.
Cancellation and downgrade
Cancellation through Stripe or App Store subscription settings stops auto-renewal but keeps Pro features active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, the alliance reverts to free — your data stays, you just can't open the Pro features again until you re-upgrade.
Downgrades are non-destructive. Past donation rankings, VS history, hero data, captured matches all stay attached to the alliance. Pulse and other Pro views are gated behind the paywall again, but every record is preserved and visible again the moment you re-upgrade.
To delete the alliance entirely (and all attached data), use Settings → Danger zone → Delete alliance rather than just cancelling Pro.
