Participation grid
The Participation grid is one screen that answers “who keeps going quiet?” across every event your alliance runs. Members are sorted worst-first, so the people you need to talk to are already at the top — no scrolling, no cross-referencing three different leaderboards.
What it shows
Open Participation from the Overview. Each row is a member; each column is an event family that actually ran in your chosen window — Alliance Duel, donations, Marshal's Guard, Sandworm Battle, Zombie Siege and Desert Storm. The final column is each member's overall turnout rate across everything applicable to them.
The whole grid is sorted worst-first. The members drifting away from the alliance are at the top by default, which is the opposite of a normal leaderboard and exactly what you want when the job is spotting who's slipping before they leave.

Reading the cells
Each cell reads participated / ran — how many of that event type the member showed up for, out of how many ran in the window. A member who made two of the three donation cycles reads 2/3.
A cell shows a muted dash instead when the event never applied to that member — for example, they joined after those events ran, so there's nothing to hold against them. That's different from a genuine miss, and the grid keeps the two visually distinct so a recent joiner never looks like an absentee.
The overall rate is colour-coded so the grid scans at a glance — green from 75%, amber from 50%, red below 50% — with a matching left-rail accent on the mobile cards.
The summary strip
Three tiles sit above the grid:
- Alliance turnout — the alliance-wide rate across every event that ran. It's aggregated from raw counts, not averaged across members, so a handful of low-activity members can't skew the headline number.
- Below 50% — how many members are under the show-up threshold. This is your shortlist for a check-in.
- Members tracked — how many members had at least one applicable event in the window. Members with nothing applicable are excluded — they can't be “not turning up” for events that never ran for them.
Range, access and related views
The date-range picker defaults to the last 14 days and covers up to 90. Widen it for a season-long read; narrow it to check the last couple of weeks. If nothing ran in the window the grid teaches rather than showing an empty table, pointing you at the event calendar.
