Command Plan and Decision Room
Command Plan gives the alliance one operational picture for the week: what must happen, who owns it, what is blocked, and which officer decisions are still open. Officers drive it; every member can read the brief.
Plan the week once
Create a plan for the current week, set the objective, and break it into owned tasks with due times and clear states: planned, in progress, blocked or done. The starter template covers event setup, capture work, the member brief and the weekly review, but every item remains editable.
Ownership uses the member’s stable account ID, so a display-name change never disconnects a task from its owner.
Keep decisions out of chat scrollback
The Decision Room records a question, its viable options and the final resolution. Open decisions stay visible beside the plan until an officer resolves them, giving R4/R5 a compact decision queue instead of another message thread to search.
Give members a useful brief
R1–R3 members see the same plan as a read-only operational brief. They can understand the week, see who owns each action and follow resolved decisions without gaining write access to officer controls.
