Season reward planning

The Season Reward Planner turns your officers’ policy into a reviewable distribution checklist. It does not send items to the game. Start with a quick choice, then adjust only what your alliance needs.

Start with your alliance’s policy

  1. Confirm the season and inventory

Open Season → Rewards. Use the alliance’s actual season and remaining in-game loot inventory. If the season is unknown, confirm it rather than assuming a particular season.

  2. Choose what counts

Choose season rankings only, or season rankings plus recorded alliance activity. Advanced settings let officers adjust categories and weights. Scores from different activities are not interchangeable raw totals.

  3. Choose how rewards are shared

Select a starting split, then use advanced settings if you need a different baseline, contribution weighting or restrictions. Save and calculate creates a draft for review; it does not approve or distribute rewards.

// TIP

Example: keep routine activities separate

Your alliance wants season contribution to decide 1,035 available chests. Choose Season rankings only and enter 1,035. VS, donations and routine activities do not count unless you deliberately enable them. Import the season evidence before judging the calculated allocation.

Review evidence and the actual roster

Use the scanner workflow to extract screenshots, then review the category, season, names, scores and coverage before accepting them. Scanning is a draft, not proof that every member has been captured correctly.

In-game season rankings may still include people who left. Confirm the current in-game roster and each player’s eligibility. A historical contribution record alone does not make a former member eligible for a reward.

Calculate, check and distribute in game

  1. Read the allocation checks

Missing scores, incomplete coverage, unconfirmed inventory or eligibility and unresolved rounding can block approval. These checks reflect your saved plan and enabled categories; they are not evidence of poor performance.

  2. Approve only after review

Confirm game restrictions and the deadline, review the suggested totals with officers, then approve and freeze the plan. Export the checklist to help carry out the distribution in game.

  3. Publish deliberately

Member-facing season rewards show the published information for that player, not your private draft. Recheck the in-game inventory before actually sending anything.
