Donations
Two donation flows live in the platform. Daily check-ins (a quick boolean per member, per day — great for streak-tracking) and weekly donation rankings (the score-based VS Day 6 leaderboard, captured for Officer Pulse). Most alliances use both.

Two flows
The platform tracks donations in two complementary ways:
- Daily check-ins — a one-tap boolean per member per day (“did they donate today?”). Drives streak counts and the “donations this week” tile on each member's personal page.
- Weekly rankings — the score-based leaderboard captured once per week from the in-game donation rankings. Drives the donations signal in Officer Pulse and the longer-term donation trends.
Daily check-ins
The check-in board is a quick honesty system — each member taps their own row to record that they donated today, and a 7-day rolling history shows their streak. Officers can edit anyone's row if they need to backfill a missed day.
Demo mode — “I Donated Today” toggles your own row in local state.

How it works in-game
Donations is VS Day 6 in Last War — players earn donation points by donating tech to the alliance research tree. The in-game leaderboard at the end of the day shows a ranked list of every member with a numeric score. That score is what we capture.
Capturing rankings into the platform
From the dashboard, open Donations and start a new ranking entry. Two paths in:
- Manual entry — type or paste in the names and scores from the in-game screen. Free.
- AI screenshot scan — upload one or more screenshots of the donation leaderboard and the platform extracts ranked names and scores into the form for review. Pro feature.
// TIP
The rankings page
The rankings page is officer-only. R5 / R4 enter the in-game donation leaderboard for a chosen date — manually or by pasting a screenshot for the AI scanner. Once saved, those entries drive the donations signal in Officer Pulse and stack into the per-member donation history that members see on their personal page.
The captured weekly scores are surfaced back into Sidebar → Donations alongside the daily check-ins, so officers don't need to flip between two pages to see the full donation picture.
How Pulse uses donations
Donation rankings feed the Donations signal in Officer Pulse. Pulse sums each member's donation score across the window. With a target set in Performance Expectations → Donations, members below 70% of the weekly target are marked “below” on their Donations chip. Without a target, Pulse compares members against the alliance average.
