Season wars
Every Last War season runs its own war cadence — Spice Wars, Copper Wars, and the rest. Season wars turns that cadence into scheduled events matched to your alliance's war windows, so members can sign up, officers can build the roster, and everyone gets a reminder before the fight.

What season wars are
Each season has its own named wars and its own schedule for them, baked into the season contract. When your season is set, this page knows which wars that season runs, which weeks they run in, and which days of the week they land on — and it lays out the upcoming ones as events you can act on.
Wars only exist inside a season. With no season set, or during off-season, the page points you at the season tracker in Settings rather than showing an empty schedule.
Auto-creation and manual wars
There are two ways war events land on the page:
- Auto-creation (Pro) — turn it on in Settings → Season tracker and the season's wars appear automatically every Monday, matched to the contract cadence for the weeks they run. You never have to remember to post them.
- Manual (free) — officers (R5/R4) can create a war by hand at any time. The next war day from the season clock is pre-filled as the default date, so it's usually one tap to confirm. Handy for a one-off extra even when auto-creation is on.
// NOTE
Signups and the roster
Every member can request to play a war from its card. Officers review the requests and build the line-up, and each war tracks its roster as starters and substitutes so you can see at a glance whether a war is filled or short. Members see their own signup status on each card — requested, on the roster, or not yet in.
Past wars roll into a battle record below the upcoming ones. A completed war shows its result as a win or a defeat with the point spread; a war that finished without a recorded result simply reads “no result recorded” — an absent result is never counted as a loss.
War days and windows
The header shows the current week and the next war day — today, tomorrow, or the weekday it falls on. The days a war runs come from the season cadence unless you've set alliance war windows, in which case your configured days and attack windows win. That's the same mechanism the Desert Storm side uses, so the two stay consistent.
