Blood Night coverage
Blood Night descends three times a day on fixed server-time windows during Season 4 (Evernight Isle). This officer-only board works out each window’s local time for every member, buckets them by how awake they realistically are, and flags the windows nobody can cover.
What it is
In Season 4 (Evernight Isle), Blood Night fires three times every day at 02:30, 10:30 and 18:30 server time — 30 minutes each. Power costs spike and undefended bases get hunted, so an alliance wants a human awake and reacting for each window. The trouble is that “02:30 server time” lands at a wildly different hour for a member three time zones away.
The Blood Night board (Overview → Blood Night) solves exactly that. It converts all three server windows into each member’s own local time and sorts them into coverage buckets, so you can see at a glance which of the three daily windows are covered and which are a hole.

What it needs
Two inputs make the board work, and it tells you plainly when either is missing:
- The game server’s UTC offset — set once in alliance settings. Blood Night times are quoted in server time, so without the offset there’s nothing to convert from. Until it’s set, the board shows a prompt pointing at settings.
- Each member’s time zone — set by the member on their own profile. The board counts how many members have a zone set and only places those it can; members without one land in a separate “no timezone” bucket rather than being guessed at.
// TIP
Awake, early/late, asleep
For each window, every member with a time zone is placed into one of four buckets by their local hour:
- Awake (prime) — the window falls between 9am and 10pm their time. These are the members you can realistically count on, and the headline count on each window card is the size of this bucket.
- Early/late (fringe) — early morning or late evening (roughly 6am–9am or 10pm–midnight). Reachable at a push, but don’t build your cover on them.
- Asleep — the window lands between midnight and 6am their time. Realistically unavailable.
- No timezone — the member hasn’t set a zone, so they can’t be placed. Chase these to shrink the unknowns.
Each member appears with their own converted local time next to their name, so you can eyeball borderline cases rather than trusting the bucket blindly.
Reading the coverage gaps
The three windows render as side-by-side cards. A window with nobody in the “awake” bucket is flagged as a coverage gap — a red edge and an explicit “nobody is comfortably awake for this window” note — so the hole jumps out instead of hiding in a list. That’s usually the 02:30 server window, which tends to be the small hours for a big chunk of any roster.
Use it to plan deliberately: recruit or lean on members whose day covers the awkward window, ask a fringe member to set an alarm, or simply accept a window and brief the alliance to shield through it.
